Arbuzov 反映(Michaelis-Arbuzov 反映)
Arbuzov 反映,也称 Michaelis-Arbuzov 反映,是一种通过三价磷酸酯与卤代烷烃反映生成五价烷基磷酸酯的有机反映。1898 年,A. Michaelis 和 R. Kaehne 报谈了三烷基亚磷酸盐与碘代烷加热反映生成二烃基磷酸酯。几年后,A.E. Arbuzov 对该反映的适用界限和局限性进行了详备商议。
Arbuzov反映是生成 C-P 键的首要反映之一,在大多量情况下产率较好。用这个步调生成的膦酸酯是 Horner-Wadsworth-Emmons 反映的肇端原料。
反映机理:
